Usage and Application

R450A refrigerant is an environmentally friendly HFO/HFC mixture with low GWP (Global Warming Potential). It was specifically developed as an alternative to R134a and offers comparable performance with significantly less environmental impact.

Important note on authorization to handle refrigerants:

-          Original sealed refrigerant cylinders.

-          Cylinder design and color may naturally vary, as returnable cylinders are part of an exchange system.

Return of the deposit cylinder:

Containers purchased from us after February 28, 2024, can be returned for refilling in accordance with Art. 11 Para. 4 of Regulation (EU) 2024/573, using the provided return slip. If a return slip is not (no longer) available, you can request a new return slip via the contact form.

Law on handling refrigerants:

Sale exclusively to holders of a certificate in accordance with Art. 10 Para. 1 Subpara. 1 lit. a of Regulation (EU) 573/2024 or representatives of companies employing such holders or holders of a training certificate in accordance with Art. 10 Para. 1 Subpara. 2 of the Regulation. The purchase of the goods must serve the installation, maintenance or servicing or repair of equipment in accordance with Art. 5 Para. 2 and 3 lit. a and b and Art. 10 Para. 1 Subpara. 2, which contain the goods or require them for their functioning.
