Containers purchased from us after February 28, 2024 can be returned for refilling purposes in accordance with Art. 11 (4) of Regulation (EU) 2024/573 using the enclosed return label. If the return label is no longer available, you can request a new one via our contact form.

Sale exclusively to holders of a valid certificate in accordance with Art. 10 (1) subparagraph 1 lit. a of Regulation (EU) 2024/573 or representatives of companies employing such certified personnel or holders of a training certificate in accordance with Art. 10 (1) subparagraph 2. The purchase must be for the installation, servicing, maintenance, or repair of equipment in accordance with Art. 5 (2) and (3) lit. a and b and Art. 10 (1) subparagraph 2 that contains or requires the product for its operation.
